Porn Star Loses Custody Battle Against Sandra Bullock, Jesse James

Jesse James' ex-wife, porn star Janine Lindemulder, lost a custody battle over their 5-year-old daughter Sunny, who has been raised by James and wife Sandra Bullock since January.

Lindemulder, 39, was denied her request for "expanded visitation rights" in a California court on Monday following her claim that Bullock has prevented her from seeing her daughter, the Los Angeles Times reports.
Bullock, 45, has been helping James, 40, raise Sunny for the past year while the adult film actress was in prison for tax evasion. She served six months in jail and was released in July.

In court papers, James said he was determined not to let his ex-wife gain custody of their daughter because he feared Sunny would be introduced to a dangerous world if she lived with her mother.
Before Lindemulder was sentenced, Bullock also wrote a letter to the judge and claimed that the child was left alone during the day while the porn star was "asleep from drug use."

"I am aware that Janine has claimed many times that my desire to have [the girl], was because I could not have children of my own [James has three kids with his first wife, Karla]," Bullock says, adding, "that couldn't be farther from the truth."
According to court documents, Lindemulder's weekly visitation rights are now limited to daytime hours.
She asked Orange County Superior Court Commissioner Thomas Schulte to expand her visitation to include overnight stays, but the request was denied. She was, however, reportedly granted one overnight visit with her daughter on Christmas Eve, despite objections from James and Bullock.

41it's ironic, that people like these two, knowing they position, status, etc. didn't think in bringing an inoccent human been to they troubled world, world full of passion, betray,; to me, it's a very nice couple, but they are so ignorant that they look moore like 14 and 15 years old mentality brat kids from hollywood. you can find this stories in the ghetto, South Central, East L.A., even in T.J. but you can never imaging to find them in this "high class" kind of people, really! make me sick.

I am so happy to hear Jesse and Sandra got custody , that child is much better off being away from a nasty mother like that she should not even have kids to put them in that kind of world. Some children are much better off not even knowing who there real parents are if they are that TRASHY!!!!!
To Smottso, I just read your comment and I'm sorry to say this, but you sound like a real idiot. First of all, plenty of men marry women who are a few years older than they are in the "real world" regardless of money. Secondly, a drug abusing porn star who was in jail for tax evasion married to a convicted felon is not a fit mother in any sense of the imagination. Thirdly, plenty of men are attracted to "librarian" type women especially intelligent, smart men. The most imporant thing being, the welfare of this child and being with Jesse and Sandra is definitely a much better place for the little girl to be in her life. Also, on the subject ot tattoos, well, you are ignorant on that comment too. I have several tattoos and I'm an Ivy League educated attorney and am not a trashy person or a "bad person". I know so many people with tattoos who are good, caring, smart, kind, well educated and happy people. You cannot judge a person by their tattoos.
Good for Jesse and Sandra!!! Hopefully NOW this little girl can have a normal healthy life. Drugs and Porn and everything that goes with THAT business, I pray that Sandra and Jesse get FULL custody and that trashy mom gets nothing!!!! She does not deserve anything.
I am so glad a child finally got a chance. Adults have already had chance after chance but it is so good to hear a child gets a chance to learn a holsum and structured way of life. While they are growing, that is when they take in everything. Congatulations to this precious child and to Sandra and Jesse, the child has a wonderful chance with two wonderful, grounded people who love her.
Janine is good at one thing and it involves three holes. Would you want your child staying with her?
What is the differnce between a porn actress and a hooker? Both are paid for sex. Janine's "bad" decisions just show that she shouldn't be allowed to procreate. What a role model! This child shouldn't be allowed to even know her mother!
Hilarious, some of the comments here - especially the morons that imply that JJ has no business fighting for custody of his child because he originally had a child with a porn star and now thinks he's "too good." The crackhead ex is married to a convicted felon and reports state that she would sleep and the child would go to play by herself outside - perfect timing if a pedophile should happen by. But all you can see is that he "thinks he's too good." Not that he's trying to give his kid a better life. Scary! Hope you don't have kids yourself.
It cracks me up to read all of these comments. I happen to be a higher up with the County and have I have several tattoos, ride motorcycles and have 4 amazing kids who are all straight A students, active in sports, school activities and guess what, each have their careers paths picked out and have done research on colleges. It amazes me that Smottso can't see beyond her own lack of judgment to pass judgment on someone else. Keep the focus on what's really going on here. Mr. James gained custody of his daughter from a person who is CHOSING to do drugs. His tattoos had nothing to do with it.
That is soooo sad.... too bad that Sandy wasn't judged for breaking up a marriage esp. when Janine was 8 months pregnant.. Sandra.. you are lucky you have money because you have no morals.. a little girl needs her mommy and you are NOT her!
I really hate how people think that just cause you give birth to a child that you should naturally be the first choice to raise that child. The fact is that when the child is born a mother has every right to her child BUT the moment that child is abused and neglected you deserve to loose some of those rights! Being strung out on drugs is NOT a mistake! Some people act on here like she forgot to pack her kid a lunch one day or something minor, she went to jail for christ sakes! This is a very small child and 1 year is a long time, she probably doesn't even really remember living with her mother, which is probably a good thing!

It should be a joined custody. Who cares about Sandra? its not her kid.. she shouldn't have anything to do with this battle at all. Once they split up.. which celebrity relationships quite often do.. then Sandra is not going to be the one taking care of this kid. The judge made the right decision in my opinion. The porn star mother is obviously choosing a life of drugs and by marrying another exconvict, that would put Sunny in harms way. What if one day mommy is passed out and excon step daddy takes advantage of Sunny, then what ? Everyone would be saying - WHY DID THE JUDGE LEAVE HER W/MOM! Fact is, no matter how much you hate Sandra (I personally love her!) her home w/Jesse is 150% more stable than Janines home. A child deserves a stable home and a semi normal life, something she won't get at her mothers house.
Wow, some of you are really judgmental. Have you never made a bad choice in your life? I was married before at 19 and my husband was a piece of work. He loved women and I was blind to it. I made a bad choice and married him. We divorced a few years later. He married this lady and had a child. He divorced her. He is a good father and wants to care for his daughter which is rare especially in Hollywood. I am glad she didn't get her daughter back. She is a piece of work and apparently a judge thinks she really doesn't have the lifestyle a child should grow up around. I wish them the best. They have been married for over 4 years now. Oh and would you rather Sandra be a horrible mean step mother and say she wouldn't allow the child in her home? Then you would be saying she is trash for that.
This makes me hate Sandra Bullock even more. Jesse didn't have a problem marrying or impregnating a porn star but now that he's with America's geriatric sweetheart, one who chose a career over having children, he seems to think he has some sense of entitlement or that he's somehow a "good" person. They are both hypocritical trash and further proof that money does not buy class!!
I cannot believe that anyone would badmouth the people who are taking care of the child. You do not hear about either of them getting drunk or out partying all the time. Also for the people who think he married her for her money, he has plenty of his own. His bikes are extremely expensive. He doesn't need her money. And to the person who said he wouldn't want her if she was a librarian because they are plain, I don't know where you live, but where I'm from the librarians are always dressed nice & fixed up more than I am.
