Rachel Zoe is ready to pop -- but that's not going to stop her from going about her business. On Wednesday, Nov. 20, the nine-months-pregnant fashion designer hosted a posh dinner party with Fiji Water to celebrate the relaunch of her website, The Zoe Report, at the Sunset Tower Hotel's Tower Bar and Terrace Restaurant in West Hollywood.

Dressed for the occasion in a one-shoulder black-and-white evening gown, the second-time mom-to-be mingled with pals including Molly Sims, Joe Zee, and fellow pregnant lady Soleil Moon Frye. She was spotted rubbing and cradling her baby bump throughout the night, and even posed for a bump-to-bump photo with Frye, who looked lovely in a hot-pink frock and black coat.

Also in attendance at the event was Zoe's husband, Rodger Berman. Both he and his wife seemed to be in great moods as they thanked everyone for coming. Guests feasted on salad, salmon, chicken paillard, and asparagus, among other dishes.

"Thank u @fijiwater for hosting @thezoereport's relaunch dinner," the Zoe Project star, 42, tweeted. "This is such a special night."

It must have been, to get Zoe all dressed up and out of her house. The stylist -- already mom to son Skyler, 2 -- previously told Us Weekly she planned to hide out until her second baby is born.

"It's wonderful. It's great," she told Us at the Baby2Baby Gala earlier this month. "I mean, I'm literally nine months pregnant, so I think this will probably be one of my last outings. I'm going into hibernation! I'm tired. It's really hard to get really dressed up, but you do it when it's important."
