Mariah Carey Is "Not Pregnant," Rep Says

Mariah Carey, 40, isn't expecting with husband Nick Cannon, 29.
After photos surfaced of the two -- who are about to celebrate their two-year anniversary -- at Beverly Glen Deli in Beverly Hills Saturday, blogs speculated the curvy singer could be with child.

But her rep tells UsMagazine.com she's "not pregnant."
That doesn't mean they'll never have kids.

"We absolutely plan to have a family," Cannon told MTV News in January. "But we gotta prioritize, because that's a major, major priority. That's like the only priority in life, when you think about it: starting and raising a family... We wanna make sure everything is out of the way and that we don't have any distractions."
The couple are throwing another "I Do" ceremony on April 30.

"We get married every year! That's our thing," Cannon told Us last Monday. "So it's going to be our third wedding this year. That's what we'll be doing on the actual [anniversary]. We'll do something -- a party or event, just to celebrate."

One can only hope she never has a child. She is too selfish and stuck up.
Well, Mariah, menopause happens to everyone... might want to get on that baby thing if you're planning to HAVE a baby... unless you're planning to adopt, which makes more sense because Mariah wouldn't want her body any more stretched out, I'd imagine. Good luck with your family!

Everyone is different so you can't say everyone over 30 will have trouble conceiving. I am 35 and most of my friends have had all their kids in their 30's and are still having kids. My cousin started trying when she was 25 and still can't conceive at 36. My other cousin just had a baby at 45, with no fertility. Again, every woman is different, and it also has to do with the man too. Bottomline is you have to wait until you're ready and it's never good to bring a baby into the world just b/c you're freaked out you might not be able to in a few years. GMAB!
I think becoming a parent at any age is fine. Ladies just know that your biological clock does exist and eventually your fertility does shut down. Your doctors won't inform you that after 35 y/o your fertility begins a great decline. If you aren't ready for babies yet, the best thing is to have your eggs frozen because when you're ready it may be too late. This could very well be the case for Mariah Carey. They're just not telling the whole truth, which is their right.

Mariah Carey was looking great about a year ago. Now she's a fat pig. This picture is a flattering picture. She's fat now. I think she drinks too much. She's been drunk in public a number of times this year. Maybe she needs a stint in rehab. Alcohol will put on the weight.

Hey Adrienne, When should women of the new millenium who are educated, have great careers and are getting married and finding the RIGHT man later on in life have kids? is 16,17, 18,19 better? HELL NO... I'm a single, happily dating, 29 yr old, college graduate advertising executive who is in no rush to have a baby. First I have make sure my career is steady, then to have a stable, healthy marriage first. Too many babies being born out of wedlock and in the real world into poverty too. Cheers to Mariah for having an outstanding career and not having a baby with Tommy Mottola when she was 23!! If her and Nick want to have a baby, they will. Adoption or surrogate is always an option!!

Aww that's too bad. I like to see them have children of their own. Nick&Mariah would make beautiful babies. Married two years. How time went by so quickly. After knowing each for a month before being married almost 2 yrs. I hope they make it.
