Rich Kid of Instagram Jack Watkin: I Own $2.4 Million Worth of Cars

Meet England’s Richie Rich! Jack Watkin only passed his driving test in February — and he already owns a car collection worth 2.4 million courtesy of his parents. In the video above, the 17-year-old discusses his fleet: a Rolls-Royce, two Bentleys, two Mercedes-Benzs, a Range Rover Vogue and a Porsche.

“I’m used to people being jealous of me — whether they’re teenagers or adults! I can handle all the envy,” Watkin told News Dog Media in the video above. “I know my life is different to other teenagers because I’m very blessed. I don’t have to worry about jobs and I have unlimited funds.”

The high school student from Cheshire, England, said his family is known as ‘The British Kardashians’ in their town. His dad, a former banker, made his fortune in property development.

But Watkin — who documents his lavish lifestyle on Instagram under the handle @jacktgwatkin — insists he understands the value of a dollar. “My dad has worked very hard to make sure I can have all these nice things,” he argued. “Our private jet doesn’t just fly itself; our pool doesn’t just clean itself; all my cars don’t automatically fill themselves with gasoline. My dad has to make the money to do those things. It takes a lot of maintenance.”

Watkin’s mother, Jo Stringfellow, is happy to spoil her baby boy. “Jack is Jack. He’s privileged,” she told News Dog Media. “What can you buy a boy like Jack? He has everything — although he would probably like another car!”

According to News Dog Media, Watkin once splurged on a $700,000 Bvlgari watch — and is known to drop as much as $21,000 in a single shopping spree. His favorite designers include Balmain, Yves Saint Laurent and Fendi. ”Fashion is my main expenditure,” he raved. “People should come to the charity shops near me because I donate all my Balmain blazers that are out-of-season to them!”

The pampered Brit continued: “I think I’m more mature than most teenagers because I’ve been able I’ve been able to buy expensive watches and cars all by myself. I can cope with that responsibility unlike other teenagers.”

Watkin is set to star in a new reality show The Majors, about wealthy young people.
