Wherever Caleb Followill and Lily Aldridge go, little Dixie is sure to follow!
The Nashville-based Kings of Leon rocker, 30, and his supermodel wife, 26, took their 4-month-old daughter for a stroll through New York City's West Village neighborhood Oct. 23. (Us Weekly broke the news of Dixie's birth in June.)
This isn't a family vacation, however, as Aldridge is in the Big Apple for work. "Good morning!" she tweeted Oct. 24. "Back at Milk Studios shooting for Victoria's Secret!"
In just a few weeks, the first-time mom will walk the runway alongside fellow Victoria's Secret Angels Adriana Lima, Miranda Kerr, Candice Swanepoel, Alessandra Ambrosio, Behati Prinsloo, Chanel Iman, Erin Heatherton and Doutzen Kroes.
Alridge recently spoke to Modelinia about how she's getting ready for her post-baby return to the runway. "I've been working out a lot and trying to eat really clean to get ready," the 5-foot-9 beauty explained. "I'm eating a lot of organic proteins and vegetables! Maintaining a healthy, balanced diet is my No. 1 priority because I'm nursing my daughter."
When it comes to exercise, Aldridge doesn't stick to the same routine. "I think it's really important to mix cardio with toning, so I love boxing and then add in Pilates or ballet to keep me long and lean and avoid bulking up," she revealed.
According to Aldridge, her biggest challenge isn't getting her pre-baby body back -- it's "getting enough sleep!"
Still, Aldridge admits, "I love every second of being a mom."
The Victoria's Secret Fashion Show airs Thursday, Dec. 4, at 10 p.m. EST on CBS.
