Snooki Talks Getting Pregnant in New Book: "We Had So Much Unprotected Sex I Thought I Was Infertile"
These days former Jersey Shore star Snooki isn't fist-pumping or downing drinks. Instead, she's caring for her 10-month-old son Lorenzo and promoting her new tell-all book, Baby Bumps: From Party Girl to Proud Mama, And All the Messy Milestones Along the Way.
The currently redheaded guidette gets overly candid, in her signature style, about her pregnancy and life as a mother -- a life she never thought she'd have.
"I'd never been pregnant before," she writes. "I thought I was infertile. We had a lot of unprotected sex. Like, a lot."
Snooki and her now-fiance Jionni LaValle had been dating almost a year when they first discovered they were pregnant. They met after a one night stand at the infamous Shore House in Seaside Heights, N.J. See more pictures of the couple here.
In the new book, Snooks writes about how her thoughts towards her beau changed after their first encounter.
"Not just a smash buddy. It's more than that," she says. "Not just a boyfriend. He's the sauce to my meatball. I simply couldn't do better. Jionni was tan, sexy, good in the sack, and hysterical. I missed him when we were apart for a day. I craved him."
But it wasn't all bliss. Fans of Snooki's various reality TV shows know that their relationship could be contentious at times. In the tome, the New Jersey denizen recalls going to a club and making out with her best friend JWoww.

Knowing the scene was filmed, she decided to text her fiancé about the incident saying (via The Daily Mail), "I blacked out last night and made out with Jenni."
He replied, "You're a coward and a horrible mother and fiancee. Pack your bags and get out."
Fortunately, the two were able to move past the incident, and are currently planning a wedding in 2014. And though it's sure to be a wild time, the former party girl has certainly toned it down since giving birth.
In the book, she recalls drinking soon after giving birth to baby Lorenzo, revealing (via The Daily Mail), "I could smell the sake bombs in the bottle. My milk was so full of alcohol, I could have used it to start a bonfire in the yard. I could have cleaned the toilet with it."
From that point on, she decided to tone down the drinking, but her post-pregnancy problems were far from gone.
"My boobs ran like a river and the entire front of my dress was soaked," Snooki confesses (via The Daily Mail).
And though clearly her affinity for blunt honesty hasn't died, Snooki does note that much of her life has transformed.
"I'm sure people who think of me as a wasted surf on Jersey Shore might find it hard to believe that, these days, the only bottles I care about are full of formula or milk," she writes. "I'd rather go to the gym than a club. The only men who see my boobs are my fiancé and my son."
