Pregnancy sure looks good on Alicia Keys!
With hubby Swizz Beatz by her side, the 29-year-old singer showed off her growing baby bump in a strapless Dolce & Gabbana gown at Keep a Child Alive's 7th Annual Black Ball in NYC Thursday.
What does Beatz, 32, think of his pregnant bride, due in November?
"She's always glowing!" the producer gushed to UsMagazine.com, adding that Keys' pregnancy has been nothing but "smooth sailing" so far.
Added the Grammy winner: "I'm feeling amazing!"
The couple -- who said "I Do" in July -- insist they aren't nervous about how their lives will change when the baby arrives.
"When we were backstage she told me that this year was the easiest year," Beatz told Us. "She definitely felt the comfort."
And Keys -- who co-founded Keep a Child Alive in 2003 -- is eager to teach her child about the importance of giving back.
"The baby is going to see everything that I do, and that we do," said Keys, whose event raised $2.4 million Thursday. "I think that being a giving individual, being a person who knows that we can all do something -- it doesn't necessarily have to be the biggest thing that ever happened -- and that's OK."
