Austin Powers actor Seth Green is engaged to actress-model Clare Grant, his rep confirms to UsMagazine.com.
The Family Guy star, 34, announced the happy news to a crowd at Wednesday's Tarina Tarantino beauty launch at a Sephora store in Hollywood.

Green arrived at the event with Grant, 30. "He held her hand up in the air, showing her new ring, yelling 'its official!'" to the crowd, an attendee tells UsMagazine.com.

The pair -- who appeared onscreen together in a 2008 episode of his show Robot Chicken -- haven't yet revealed their wedding date or other details for their big day.
