Newly single Adam Levine has marriage on the brain.
Despite having split from his Sports Illustrated swimsuit model girlfriend Anne Vyalitsyna on April 2, the 33-year-old singer is still contemplating marriage — maybe.
"I want to study marriage. I want to learn about it I want to know it," The Voice mentor told the May issue of Paper Mag.
Levine says he's "extremely fascinated" by marriage.
"I want to figure out whether or not I want to do it," he said. "I'm not just going to leap into it, because that's not good for anybody."
The Maroon 5 frontman ended his relationship with Vyalitsyna, 26, after dating for two years.
The model released a statement to Us saying, "Adam and I have decided to separate in an amicable and supportive manner. We still love and respect each other as friends. I wish him all the best."
However, a source told Us that Levine was "blindsided" and "heartbroken" by the split.
"As a woman, you get to a point where you want to get married," an insider explained. "Adam wasn't ready to take that step."
