Bridal blues!

When Ali Fedotowsky fractured her femur due to an osteochondral defect in her knee while kickboxing in mid-June, the fit starlet knew it would throw a wrench into her workout regimen. But when it came down to planning her nuptials to fiance Roberto Martinez, she had to face the facts.

"We had set a date set, and everyone in the bridal party knew, but we had to postpone it because of the knee," The Bachelorette star, 26, told Us Weekly at an event for Ab Cuts on August 2.

"It was a really hard decision — I cried and cried," she continued. "But I want to walk down the aisle — I don't want to be limping. I want to dance my butt off at my wedding. I just want to have a huge celebration of our love and our life together. I don't want to be sitting because I can't dance."

Her knee, which she said is getting significantly better, wasn't the first injury that Fedotowsky faced in 2011 — back in April she was thrown overboard during a kayaking trip — an incident that required her to get five staples in her head.

But despite her prognosis that a full recovery could take up to six months, the star still has her eye on the prize. In addition to wanting to run the Rock and Roll Vegas Half-Marathon in December, she can't wait to tie the knot with Martinez, 27.

"I want to be married right now, but in my mind, we are married: we live together, we love each other, we plan for the future together, we talk about our kids and what they are going to be like, and what kind of parents we are going to be," Fedotowsky told Us. "In my mind, he's my husband."
