Prosecutors aren't going to let Amanda Bynes get away with either of her recent motor vehicle mishaps.

TMZ reports the She's the Man actress, 26, has been charged with two misdemeanor hit-and-runs, and may be jailed for up to one year if convicted.

Back in April, Bynes allegedly rear-ended a vehicle on L.A.'s 101 Freeway and promptly drove away; the L.A. City Attorney's office reopened the investigation into that case last month after another Los Angeles driver filed a police report, claiming Bynes had rear-ended her vehicle and driven away from that accident scene.

The star allegedly told the driver she rear-ended in August that the damage to her car didn't look all that serious, and left before they were able to exchange information.
