Only 43 days to go until Amy Smart becomes Mrs. Carter Oosterhouse!

"We're getting married September 10," the Shameless actress, 35, told Us Weekly Thursday at the Ella Moss 10-year Anniversary Celebration in West Hollywood. "We've had about five months for planning, so it's more condensed than normal, but it's kind of perfect because it feels like we have the momentum."

Around 200 guests have been invited to the "rustic" ceremony in northern Michigan. "He's from there and my parents live there, so it's been my second home since I was very young," she explained of the Midwestern locale. "I'm excited to get married!"

Smart and HGTV's Oosterhouse, 34, met by chance at a green-charity event in November 2010. Five months into their relationship, the two confirmed their engagement to Us at an Earth Day event in NYC.
