Bachelor Bob Guiney: Jake Should Choose Tenley

"I like Tenley [Molzahn]," Guiney, 38, told UsMagazine.com Saturday at the 8th Annual World Poker Invitational at L.A.'s Commerce Casino. "I think she's really cute and she seems very sweet."

Guiney spent some time with Pavelka during a recent TV interview. "He seems very sincere," Guiney said. "I hope it works out for him." But the season 4 Bachelor (who first appeared as a suitor to Trista Sutter on the first season of The Bachelorette) was reluctant to offer advice to Pavelka and whomever receives his final rose. (Molzahn or Vienna Girardi).

"Clearly, I don't have any advice there. Mine didn't last very long!" Guiney and final-rose recipient Estella Gardinier broke off their engagement shortly after their show aired. "But I'm still friends with Estella, which is a good thing...the situation is kind of a weird one, so navigate it as best you can."
Guiney is also in the midst of a "weird" time: it was announced in January that he had separated from his wife, actress Rebecca Budig, after less than six years of marriage.

"We're best friends and we still love each other," he told Us. The reality star wouldn't clarify whether he and All My Children star Budig plan to divorce. "Whatever it is at this point, I'm thankful that we have the friendship. I think we are still in the win column as far as relationships go. We are taking it one day at a time."

This guy is such an idiot. He's been trying so hard to be a celebrity for years, but he has neither looks nor talent!
Bob, I hope that you and Rebecca can work out your differences. However, if you used her for your selfish needs, she deserves better!
What, people "seperate" to see if they can find anyone else better out there, in stead of staying together and working it out? Might as well go ahead and get the divorce. That's stupid. My ex and I tried to work on our problems during the last year of our marriage, things didn't get better, I told him to leave, I went out and got the divorce; no sense in dragging it out, you can't work it out living together, forget it. She's a doll, never knew why she was with him anyway. Plus, they never even lived together, that's not love. No one even liked the other enough to move. He was in LA, she in NYC. Pretty stupid, doomed from the start.
Jake can choose Bob or Tenley's cat or one of the producers. doens't matter, the odds of him marrying the one he picks are low, given the track record of this show. But it makes sense in a way, you'd have to be somewhat dysfunctional to even go on this show in the first place. I met my spouse through friends the old fashioned way.

It doesn't matter who Jake picks. He will end up like Bob, with an occasional article written about him as the newest installment of the Bachelor begins. If that's what they want out of life, more power to them. Thank God there are guys who choose a life of integrity over the desire to have notoriety. I can't think of a single bachelor who is deserving of respect, including Jake.
Good for Bob, it was nice of him to offer Jake advice on who to pick, and I agree, Jake should pick Tenley!
