Taking it to London-town! Estranged spouses Ben Affleck and Jennifer Garner are renting a house in the U.K. while the Batman v. Superman actor films Justice League, multiple sources confirm to Us Weekly.

A U.K. outlet first erroneously reported that Garner, 43, and Affleck, 43, purchased a home in North London, but sources tell Us that the exes are renting not buying.

A source close to Garner says the Miracles From Heaven actress will be spending the month of May overseas at the rental, where she will look after the kids — Violet, 10, Seraphina, 7, and Samuel, 4 — while her ex films his latest superhero movie.

A source close to Affleck also confirms the rental arrangement to Us and points out that this has always been part of their parenting duties. "It’s what they’ve always done, married or separated, for the kids," the insider tells Us. "Ben is filming Justice League, and they always bring the kids to where they are when they are working. Ben did the same thing when she was filming in Atlanta. They take turns bringing the kids to where the other is on location and just renting a house while they are there."

The exes have reached an amicable flow in their coparenting agreement since announcing their split to Us Weekly on June 30, 2015. Both parties have since addressed the disintegration of their 10-year marriage in separate interviews.

“I didn’t marry the big fat movie star; I married him,” Garner told Vanity Fair in her loaded March 2016 cover story. “And I would go back and remake that decision. I ran down the beach to him, and I would again. You can’t have these three babies and so much of what we had. He’s the love of my life. What am I going to do about that? He’s the most brilliant person in any room, the most charismatic, the most generous. He’s just a complicated guy. I always say, ‘When his sun shines on you, you feel it.’ But when the sun is shining elsewhere, it’s cold. He can cast quite a shadow.”

Affleck subsequently shared his thoughts on Garner's headline-making interview in a New York Times interview last month. "She felt like she wanted to discuss it and get it out there and get it over with," the actor explained. "So she could say, ‘Look, I already talked about it — I don’t want to do it again.’”

He added to the paper: “Jen’s great. She’s a great person. We’re on great terms. I just saw her this morning, so that’s the reality that I live in."
