When it comes to cold hard cash, the most powerful couple in Hollywood isn't Brangelina -- it's Beyonce and Jay-Z.
Who are Hollywood's most romantic couples?
Ranking the top-earning couples in Hollywood, Forbes magazine reports that Beyonce and Jay-Z made a combined $122 million between June 2008 and June 2009. (It's the second year in a row at the top for the hip hop super-twosome, who netted $162 million in Forbes' survey from last year.) Forbes' annual list accounts for record sales, movie salaries, touring, merchandising and endorsement deals. In the case of Beyonce and Jay-Z on the latest list, Beyonce made $87 million, while Jay-Z garned $35 million.

Did Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie even come close? Not really: in third place, the actors pooled $55 million from June 2008 to June 2009 for their movie roles. (Actors Harrison Ford and Calista Flockhart landed in the number two spot, mostly for Ford's deal for Indiana Jones and the Crystal Skull.)

Further down the list: Will Smith and Jada Pinkett Smith, at #4, can boast $48 million together; at #5, soccer/fashion duo David and Victoria Beckham made $46 million.
What about TomKat? Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes snagged the #9 slot with $33.5 earned.

Anonmyous @ 12:12 The reason why is because it clearly states that this is from June 2008-June 2009. The $35 million that you stated Gisele made was from 2009 right? Well try subtracting that from Jan. 2009-June 2009; it won't equal $35 million. PLEASE do your math next time!

Others have been in aww of the high big money the these couples have made. Why? you don't know them, what about being in aww about hearing of their donations for Haiti, good job for those who have donated- its the right thing to do.
Wow! with all of that money- why is there not more donations for the Haiti situation? When are the "stars" really gonna step up? I have not heard of Jay-Z and Beyounce donation as of yet. These "stars" will not miss their money so why can't they give more. Whats the use of having so much money and not giving to those who really needs it?

What about Tom Brady and Gisele? Gisele alone earned $35 million in 2009...add in whatever he made, and they should be in the Top 5.
Jay and Bey left everybody in the dust. They are making serious money nobody can touch them.
