In the clip, Beyonce addresses some of the internal struggles that she's undergone figuring out how much of her life to keep under wraps and how much to share with fans.

"I always battle with, how much do I reveal about myself," she says. "How do I stay current? How do I stay soulful? I felt like I had been so commercially successful, but it wasn't enough."

"There's something really stressful about having to keep up with [everything]," she continues. “[If] you can’t express yourself, you can't grow. It's the battle of my life so I set a goal and my goal was independence."
