Brad Pitt and Jen Aniston's War of Words

It was the shocker heard around the world.
After a recent Parade interview where Brad Pitt revealed that he had trouble "trying to pretend" his marriage to Jennifer Aniston was "something it wasn't" hit stands, the Moneyball actor later retracted his words.

"It grieves me that this was interpreted this way. Jen is an incredibly giving, loving, and hilarious woman who remains my friend. The point I was trying to make is not that Jen was dull, but that I was becoming dull to myself -- and that, I am responsible for," the 47-year-old actor said in a statement.
But as it turns out, Pitt isn't the only one who tends to fire off hurtful things about his ex: Aniston, 42, has gotten in quite a few shots of her own over her 4.5-year marriage, which ended when Pitt left her for Angelina Jolie in 2005.

I don't care about there personal live but Jolie is a better actress then Jennifer and always will be....They all cheat get over it...We see them on the big screen for there work not there personal life....
I think it's TRULY pathetic that Brad and Angelina can't focus on their own relationship & feel the need to comment on Jen AT ALL in EVERY INTERVIEW! It's been SIX YEARS! Jen's over it. I guess Brad & Angie aren't. I think they need to make Jen look pitiful which she is NOT to make themselves feel better & obviously Jen is good for Pitt/Jolie movie promotion! If WE are sick to death of it, can you imagine how Jennifer Aniston feels?? Enough already! Jen had every right to make the comments she made in 2005. Jen is a class act! Angie & Brad should take notes!
This was my favorite quote from Jen. "The funny thing is that people don't realize we all go away to the Hamptons on the weekends... No. But can you imagine? That'd be hysterical: I've got Zahara on my hip, and Knox..." And this one... "Look, I think all women on some level just want to rage against the machine... There are too many movies out there that don't empower women, movies in which their only way of being happy is finding a man. And you know, that's not my favorite theme."
when any marriage ends its always sad, but we all know how the writers like to spin things they both have followed different paths. we have bigger things to worry about like our troops that serve our country with honor. people who live in glass houses should not throw stones. how about thanking both Brad and Jennifer for the many charitable things they do.God bless them and their new and loving relationships.
Jennifer said Brad had a "sensitivity chip missing" when just a month or so after their separation, he and Angelina together produced a cover for an international magazine depicting Brad and Angelina as husband and wife, with kids ....That was really ruthless and heartless of them both. He deserved what she said and so did Jolie. It reveals what a manipulator Jolie is.. Just mean-spirited and selfish behavior by them both.
She was saying these things in 2005 when she was hurt and bitter... BRAD IS STILL SAYING THEM NOW.... He's a loser. I never liked Brad Pitt, or thought he was hot...
Brad is absolutely pathetic. He just rambles. You have to read the whole interview. It is hilarious. I think the funniest part of his interview was where he mentions that Angie is getting called to Africa because they're having a drought there. Is she suppose to pick up some bottled water for them? I can't wait to see how she fixes the drought in Africa.
What I said is that obviously his words were twisted. You are obsessed with Angelina, which cannot be healthy. If you don't like her, why comment on every story talking about her? You're so perfect that you can judge everyone?
Jen condone cheating. I think Jen and Justin Theroux was cheating since Justin was still with Heidi Bivens when Jen and Justin hooked up. Look how Justin and Jen are all in the media showing their love. Jen and Justin are guilty of the very same thing. Wonder how Heidi Bivens feel with these two cheating.
Those that condone cheating have probably done it themselves or had someone do it to them, get off it Frank, you are always following people around and knocking them for not being Jolie fans. That's it, he said nice things, and wham after 6 years he comes out with this garbage. All across the internet Frank, people are mad and angry about it, to the point his rep had to issue a fake apology. The interview was not altered. The entire thing is out there to read. If it were something he didn't say, Pitt wouldn't be apologizing!..you're the stupid one for not figuring that out.
People are so stupid. He has said many positive things about Jennifer in the past, why would he put her down now? The magazine obviously twisted his words knowing that they'd make headlines. Jennifer has said many things of Brad, even making jokes of his kids that were not posted on here. And that was in 2008 or so. It's funny cause the people writing negative comments on here about Brad and Angelina hate them so much, they comment on every post there is about them. Stop being so obsessed with hating someone. For the people who act like cheating is the worst possible thing you could do, get a life. It's wrong, but it bothers me that people act like cheating is worse than killing. Roman Polanski got let off the hook easier. Can't wait to see Angelina drug and push her herself onto a little boy!
Brad Pitt is a very confusing man, It is so sad to watch him making comments about Jennifer.
It doesn't matter what Brad Pitt does or doesn't do now, or what successes he or Angelina Jolie have, they will always be known as cheaters. He will always have his name connected to Jennifer, and so will Angelina and what they did. Their seedy affair will always be attached to them and thought about. As Liz Taylors was to Eddie Fisher, or Marilyn Monroe to JFK, because Brad and Angelina must be in the spotlight, and cannot or will not stay low key like some others have. Brad brought this upon himself and his family, and really needs to keep his mouth shut.
He's not hot anymore.... He's not like George Clooney... He gets hotter as he gets older... Brad... Oh well he looks like a creepy pedophile now.. I guess they do deserve each other.. They're both Hot NOT now.. And besides he's flirting with his 25 yrs old assistant so there's Angie's karma
The truth is, Brad was lonely when he was married to Jen. They both had really busy careers that kept them apart the whole time they were married. It really makes me sad that women are expected to give up their careers, or slow it down a bit in high profile relationships. Jane Fonda gave up her career and still ended up getting a divorce from Ted. I have noticed that Jen is taking less projects since getting together with her new beau. I hope this is a decision that Jen is making because she needs a break and not because she's afraid of losing this relationship.

Evelyn it sounds like you need to calm down, and you move on. Jen is 42 and single and has not slept with half of California, you may look at Angelinas past, and all her one night stands, even when she was married. Jen is with Justin, the first relationship in a year. She did nothing to start this, freaky Brad did. Maybe you had a affair with someones husband and that is why you love Angie.
Brad, has to get over himself...
