Party Brad! Dad of six Brad Pitt proved that fatherhood hasn't made him soft. The actor partied with Kings of Leon band members until 2 a.m., on March 21, after catching their L.A. show, multiple eyewitnesses confirm to Us Weekly.
Pitt, 50, caught the Nashville-based band's performance at the Forum in Inglewood, Calif., with Curious Case of Benjamin Button writer Eric Roth. The troupe's rep confirmed to Us that the Oscar winner "loved it!"
Angelina Jolie's beau was then invited to the Kings' 60-person afterparty at the nearby Warwick lounge by actor Garrett Hedlund, who starred in the band's "Beautiful War" music video. Hedlund, who has been dating Kirsten Dunst since early 2012, is connected to Pitt through Jolie. The 29-year-old actor worked closely with director Jolie on her upcoming World War II film, Unbroken. "He and Brad have really hit it off," another source tells Us.
An eyewitness tells Us that Pitt arrived at the afterparty "around midnight or so, and stayed for a couple of hours," adding that the heartthrob "was really friendly and having a good time."
"He spent most of the night talking directly to [Kings of Leon frontman] Caleb Followill," the eyewitness says.
