Brody Jenner Doesn’t Wanna Know Stepsister Kim’s Baby’s Name

Count Brody Jenner as one person who is not waiting on pins and needles to find out his new step-niece's name.

The former star of MTV's "The Hills," who chooses not to appear on the "Keeping up With The Kardashians" reality TV empire on E!, tells "On Air with Ryan Seacrest" that he hasn't met Kim Kardashian's baby girl yet, and that he isn't in a rush to do so either.

"It's so new, so I'm going to give her some time and then as soon as she's ready, I'll come see her," he told the KIIS-FM radio program Thursday.

He adds that he doesn't know the newborn's name yet and adds jokingly, "I don't want to know! There is too much responsibility, don't tell me!"

Brody also discussed his sometimes-rocky – but on the mend – relationship with dad Bruce Jenner. "If I can (I want to) go out there and show other people who maybe have relationship issues not only with their father, but with their mother, brother, or sister and just kind of [show them to] reach out because life is too short."

As for his relationship with half-sisters Kendall and Kylie Jenner, he adds, "It's awesome. It's getting better and better…Bruce and I's relationship hindered my relationship with my little sisters [because] growing up, I didn't get to see them as much because of the fact I didn't get to see my dad as much, but now everyday it grows and it's getting beter and better."

Lastly, and hey, most importantly, right?…Brody adds that he's currently still single.

Meanwhile, things seem to be going well for Kim and West, although it has been five days since the birth, and they still haven't left the hospital. However, this isn't entirely uncommon for babies that are in NICU. People magazine reports Thursday that a source close to the Kardashians tells them, "Kanye hasn't left Kim and the baby's side. He's been in the room for days making sure everything is perfect for the two of them."
