TMZ reports the speed indicates that Jenner likely did not see the cars at the stoplight until the very last second. The entire accident reportedly occurred in less than three seconds.

As previously reported, Kris Jenner’s ex-husband was involved in the car crash which occurred on PCH on Feb. 7. The star rear-ended a Lexus that had collided with a Toyota Prius causing the Lexus to go into oncoming traffic. The driver of the Lexus, who has since been identified as Jenner’s neighbor Kim Howe, died.
