Buy Madonna's Childhood Home at a Bargain Price
In the market for a new home? Here's one that's inexpensive -- but comes with major baggage. Madonna's four-bedroom childhood home in Rochester Hills, Michigan is now on the real estate market for $48,600.
Long before she was a top-selling pop music icon and a mother of four, the 52-year-old singer grew up in this modest home with her seven siblings. Real Estate blog Curbed.com reports that her family sold the property in 2001 for $270,000. Unfortunately, a 2008 fire ravaged the house, leaving it in shambles.

No word if the Queen of Pop is in the running to purchase her downtrodden childhood home as a memento. She recently bought a renovated $32 million mansion on NYC's Upper East Side and also has homes in L.A. and London.
