Cameron Diaz isn't bothered by false reports that she split with Alex Rodriguez, her beau of more than a year.

"If I want to read gossip, I read about somebody else's life. I can't worry about what other people say," the Bad Teacher star, 38, tells Extra. "It's fine to say whatever you want as long as you actually don't know what's going on in my life."

Indeed, several sources told Us Weekly Monday that the on-off couple is stronger than ever. The lovebirds arrived hand-in-hand at Sunday's MTV Movie Awards afterparty at L.A.'s SoHo House and were "very affectionate," according to one witness. Though they chatted and mingled with pals, the inseparable pair continued to hold hands and steal several kisses throughout the night.

Just days earlier, another witness spotted the twosome checking out the NBA finals at sports bar Goals. "They were definitely a couple," the Goals witness tells Us.
