Exclusive: 'Chuck' Star Zachary Levi Splits with Girlfriend

Chuck star Zachary Levi is back on the market. The actor, 29, has broken up with singer Caitlin Crosby after two years together, a source tells UsMagazine.com exclusively.
"He broke up with her on Saturday before his big NBC premiere aired," the pal explains, adding that the couple had recently returned from a "great vacation" in Turks and Caicos and Puerto Rico.

Levi's reason? "He told her it was bad timing and if God brings them together in the future it's meant to be," the pal sniffs, adding that "this isn't the first time" the actor has tried to end things with Crosby.
"Guess he thinks he's too big a 'star' now," says the source. "No more Mr. Nice Guy."

Crosby, 26, changed her Facebook status to "single" on Tuesday afternoon. Also on the social networking site: a foreshadowing photo of the couple on their island vacation. "In the photo, he's drinking beer, and she's reading The Shack," the friend observed.

"She is heartbroken, but she is already writing great songs about it," the pal says. The singer will keep herself busy with an upcoming tour to promote her album Flawz, the friend notes. When reached for comment, a rep for Crosby told UsMagazine.com, "We don't comment on our clients' personal lives."

I love his show and I've never heard of her until now when I somehow stumbled across this, but I don't see why people are taking sides here. We don't know anything about it besides what her music is and what his show's about. We don't know them or their situation. How can you possibly take a real position on this? And he does not look full of himself though I know nothing about her so she may very well be annoying. But I'll let her fans come to her defense on that one. She won't be annoying to everyone.
I like Chuck as much as the next guy, but the fact that he's wearing a white mesh-back cap (very deliberately askew) and says "god" may bring them back together makes me lose pretty much all respect for him.
I'm guessing the "friend" is really Caitlin, getting back at him by going public. What friend would plug an album?? She always kind of irritated me, and by taking the low road here my instincts are confirmed. Regardless, I wish her the best, and same to him. Not all relationships are meant to be forever.
