This one gets the thumbs-up! David Bowie's son, Duncan Jones, took to Twitter on Wednesday, February 24, to rave about Lorde's "beautiful" tribute to his dad at the 2016 BRIT Awards.

Just over a week after Bowie's son seemed to diss Lady Gaga's Grammys 2016 tribute to the "Starman" hitmaker, Jones was effusive in his praise for the 19-year-old musician's rendition of "Life on Mars."

Annie Lennox and Gary Oldman accepted the Brit Icon award on behalf of Bowie at the star-studded ceremony at London's O2 Arena. Members of late singer's 2003 A Reality Tour played a medley of the icon's hits before Lorde took to the stage, which was entirely lit in red.

"Finally found the links to tonight's Brits. Just….beautiful. Thank you," Bowie's 44-year-old son tweeted after the show.

His reaction was in striking contrast to his tweet following Gaga's Bowie tribute at the Grammys, which was a dictionary definition of the word "gaga."

"'Overexcited or irrational, typically as a result of infatuation or excessive enthusiasm/ mentally confused,'" he wrote. "Damn it! What IS that word," he added.

Bowie died on January 10, at the age of 69, after a battle against cancer.
