DC Housewives' Cat Divorcing Her Husband

Housewife, no more.
The Real Housewives of DC star Cat Ommanney tells Parade she and her husband, photographer Charles Ommanney, are divorcing.
"Obviously, my marriage fell apart and so my life has been completely turned upside down and inside out," the British-born mother-of-two says of the downside of starring on a reality show. "I've had to do some major soul searching and I still am. Hopefully things will start to improve."

She previously told UsMagazine.com she plans "on staying in the USA," despite the split.
As for her plans to film next season, she tells Parade she's "not sure at the moment. I can't even think about next week let alone next season right now."
But she wants to stress to fans that she's not the "mean girl" viewers may think she is.
"I'm pretty misunderstood, but I think now a lot of people get me and they know I don't mean to be offensive," she says. "I'm just a bit of a truth-teller, and I need to kind of think about what I say before I say it half the time. But I'm true and I'm honest and I'm real."

Cat acts like she hates Americans I hope she goes back to to England were she belongs. She is so stupid she was puting down the President that her husband is working for. she is a complete moron. she"s a miserable hateful person and I'm glad her husband left her he probable would have ended up lousing his job if he had stayed married to the her. Being honest is fine but Cat uses it as an excuse to be mean to other people. Many times I see people who say their just honest are really just mean and like to hurt other peoples feelings.

I beleive Cat to be disrepectful and demeaning to America and the people...why does she want to stay here????so she can "impress" her kids with her "English" education and wit???Her husband (what little we saw of him)was more personable than her...Go home....I do not know why every show has to have a token Brit on it to think it has some kind of value.....she was not invited to the Xmas party because she is abrasive and cruel and who wants to take a chance on that...it is "our" white house!!!!!!!!

I feel bad for her but blaming the show for it is not right. She decided to be on the show. Her marriage problems are the shows fault. Divorces happen. It's sad but life goes on.

That is Cat. You can tell by the teeth. You could see the writing on the wall with her marriage. He was never there for her. I am surprised she is staying in the US though.

Yes, Cat is "honest and real". But when people are "honest and real" with her, she feels "annihilated"...you cannot have it both ways, Cat. You either learn to be nice to people and curb your tongue or you need to learn how to take it as well...
