Family time in NYC. Four days after a man was found dead in Demi Moore’s Beverly Hills pool, the actress was spotted bonding with her kids on the East Coast.
Moore, 52, was photographed keeping close to her daughters Scout, 24, and Tallulah Willis, 21 — two of her three children with ex-husband Bruce Willis — on Wednesday, July 22. She wore a colorful long-sleeve top, jean shorts, and black sunglasses.
The Golden Globe-nominated star’s eldest daughter, Rumer Willis, is currently rehearsing in the Big Apple for her Broadway debut. The Dancing With the Stars Season 20 winner is set to play Roxie Hart in Bob Fosse and Fred Ebb’s Chicago.
As previously reported, L.A. resident Edenilson Steven Valle, 21, was found dead in Moore’s outdoor pool on Saturday, July 18. The Los Angeles Police Department told Us Weekly that only five staff members were home when the incident occurred. Moore and her family were out of town celebrating Scout’s birthday at the time.
“I am in absolute shock. I was out of the country traveling to meet my daughters for a birthday celebration when I got the devastating news,” Moore told Us in a statement. “The loss of a child is an unthinkable tragedy and my heart goes out to this young man’s family and friends. I ask that you please respect the privacy of all concerned during this sensitive time.”
The coroner’s office has since ruled Valle’s death as accidental. It is still unclear what his relationship was to Moore’s staff.
