Dina Lohan: Lindsay "Doesn't Even Have a Pillow" in Prison

Lindsay Lohan is not getting any VIP treatment in prison -- so says her mother, Dina.
Dina -- who visited Lindsay with younger daughter Ali and Lindsay's ex Samanthan Ronson on Thursday -- slammed reports that the 24-year-old actress is enjoying any perks behind bars.
"She doesn't have cell phone privileges, that's absurd," Dina, 47, told Radaronline. "She doesn't even have a pillow to sleep on."

The mom added that she isn't allowed physical contact with her famous daughter during their visits.
"I talk to her through glass. There's a phone and we put her on speaker but I can't even hug my daughter...She's treated like a common criminal."
Still, she stressed, "I have to say that the people inside have been pretty cool to her...the guards and the inmates."

The Mean Girls actress -- convicted of violating her probation stemming from a 2007 DUI -- has been behind bars since July 20. Her release date remains undetermined.
Whenever she leaves Lynwood, the star must report immediately to an inpatient rehab facility within the state. On Thursday, Jane Robison, a spokesperson for the L.A. County District Attorney's office, told UsMagazine.com that Lohan must report to her rehab program "sooner" than the 24 hours previously ordered by a judge.
"She does not get to pick the facility," Robison added. "It will be chosen by the judge in consultation with our prosecutor, [Lohan's' defense attorney and the probation department."

Of 3 girls!One is a 17....Too much mothering can actually hurt a child Dina!! They are right... Get a clue! Yes, there is one thing of loving your child..... And why should she have a pillow ? Let alone a cell phone...woman you have no clue. She can not do as she pleases...she has to follow the law like everyone else. To many chances have already been given. And this punishment is not severe enough
Hey Dina, Your daughter broke the law. She broke the law many times and has really gotten away with many offenses. She made her choices. She did what she did and now that she is facing punishment she is not being treated fairly??? The way she is being handled with kid gloves is unfair to the rest that are paying the price for their offenses, and they are not getting the help they need for addiction problems either. You should have been arrested as well . When your daughter was under age she was in nightclubs all the time. Drinking, and partying her brains out. She should have not been in those places at all due to her age. You knew it, didn't stop it. As her parent, because of your appathy, she thought nothing of it. If that was an "un-celebrity" the parents would have been held responsible for that. You to should be punished for some of these issues. You should be forced into parenting classes, and the law. You should enter rehab with her so you can understand the impact enabeling can do. She is not a common criminal, she is a very common girl with an all to common problem, and if you really want to protect her....then step up and stop living in denial as well.

Umm.. Lindsay's mother needs to realize her daughter did something wrong, and went to jail. Lindsay's 24 years old, amd she's totally destroying her life, and her mom's sitting there laughing off everything. Honestly, her dad is the only one in that crazy family with a grip on reality!!!!!

Pillow? Does Dina think this is a hotel? Who is supposed to clean these pillows from inmate to inmate? Of course she can't have a pillow or cell phone. Security...sanitation? What an enabling mom. No wonder Lindsay has issues.
OHMYEFFING GAWD: She's not in *prison* for crying out loud; she's in COUNTY JAIL. You don't get pillows in County, nor do you get "cell phone privilidges." LiLo needs to buck up, buy a phone card from the commissary like everyone else does, and get in line to use the payphones when she's out in the dayroom. Her mother needs to put on her big-girl-panties as well, and stop whining about how her daughter is being mis-treated. County JAIL isn't prison ... it's not fun, but it's certainly not prison. If she would have followed what the court wanted, she wouldn't be in this situation. But, celebrity buys you all kinds of things.
