Doc to Heidi Montag: "What Message Are You Sending to Young Girls?"

Robert "Dr. 90210" Ray is blasting Heidi Montag once again for undergoing 10 plastic surgery operations in one day.
He previously told UsMagazine.com The Hills star, 23, shouldn't have had more than "three or four" procedures.

In a Playboy Radio interview Tuesday, he said Montag "can do whatever she wants."
"What worries me: What message is she telegraphing to young girls?" he added. "Heidi, what message are you sending to young girls who look up to you?
"If you want to shave your chin a little bit, that's fine," he went on. "But multiple operations on a girl who's already drop dead gorgeous ... what message are you sending to young girls?"
The new Us Weekly - on newsstands now - reports that Montag is so warped by fame that it led her to undergo the operations.

"She knew it would be a huge story," a source tells Us Weekly.

The operations didn't go over so well with her mother. "How do I go ahead and say, of course, you were more beautiful before?" she told Heidi on Tuesday's Hills premiere, prompting Heidi to break down.

Why do people blame Spencer for her decisions she did it and shes the only one to blame she wants to be famous and thats her sick little way of getting there she ruined her face and looks 20 years older i dont think he wanted her to do that she does what she wants and that was it. shes mental and needs major help and i hope young girls dont look up to her they probably look up to the other girls on the hills noone not even a kid is stupid enough to look up to her. I find it really offensive that ppl in Hollyweird give non-Californians the impression that everyone in CA is like this. Let me tell you one thing, most ppl are not like Heidi or the rest of shallow Hollywood, which is just a SMALL part of the golden state. I hope ppl that visit CA will look beyond Hollywood's border to discover the true, down-to-earth and very "real" folks that live in the state. I'm so sick of Hollywood in general -- not necessarily the area but the fake ppl that populate it. What's on TV doesn't help either. Life is not all glitz and glamour for the majority of the ppl. That's all for show and fleeting. Life is not all about partying like these celebs do. Real ppl work for a living and don't party 24/7. I know that not everyone is fake but HW seems to be associated with shallowness, big egos, inflated personalities, narcissism, materialism, etc. and the list goes on. So like what one of the other posters said, don't lump all Californians together. If you're generalizing and saying all people are like Heidi, wake up to the truth. Talk to some natives. The natives will paint an accuate picture of California people, not Hollywood weirdos and others trying to "make it." Sick and tired of these self-absorbed reality non-stars and other stars in general. Make your movies or TV shows and go home. We don't want to hear about you unless there's a press conference about a story of real importance. And I don't find this story about Heidi's many surgeries important at all.
why in the world would young girls look up to this hatchetface? the girls' parents have a lot to worry about then, yikes.
It all reminds me of the horrible scene from that movie Brazil. Where they are pulling that woman's face....gross.
At first I thought it was all another publicity stunt, but now I feel sorry for her. I hope she does not regret her surgeries enough to ruin her life. It has to be awful to be so young, go under the knife and look much older than you did before!

Anyone that thinks this is a "California" or "LA" thing is wrong. I'm a native of Los Angeles and we true Angelenos don't live like this. Just like Heidi, the girls in LA that are like this came from somewhere else. They watched way too much TV back on the farm in Kansas and couldn't wait to get on the next bus to Hollywood. Chicks like that give LA a bad name and make me want to move to a friggin' farm in Kansas!
The sad part is that she ruined, not improved, her looks. I thought she was a cute girl, but now she looks like an old, retired pornstar. Young women don't realize that having a lot of facial surgery actually makes you look OLDER. I think because the work is so obvious and you expect that kind of look to be on an older woman. That tight, shiny skin looks artificial and gross. And her chin looks BIGGER now. I guess she thought the giant boobs would distract the eye from the chin. FAIL. She's like Michael Jackson. Was better off before and can't ever get it back.

finally someoneis telling heidi that she needs to chill out; im so sick of her. honestly, i dont even know WHAT to say about her. i havent seen the season premiere yet, but i know its gonna be all about heidis drama. spencer changed her, whether she wants to admit it or not.

I'll tell you what message she is sending to young girls, that plastic surgery sometimes makes you come out looking worse. Heidi was gorgeous before, now she looks like a plastic doll with no brains.
I am a native California and believe in only natural beauty, Heidi does not represent California girls. Please do not asume that she does. She is a poor representative for anyone. A sad girl who looked better before her botched facial surgery trying desperatly to hold onto 5 minutes of fame. She looks like a robot with a flotation device attachted to her chest. I feel sorry for her Mom. She disrespected her family by doing this.
