Exclusive: Emma Roberts "Clearly Smitten" With Chace Crawford at Oscar Bash

Hollywood's biggest awards were being handed out on the Oscar telecast, but Emma Roberts and Chace Crawford seemed a lot more interested in each other.
At the Elton John AIDS Foundations Academy Award Viewing party in West Hollywood Sunday night, the Scream 4 actress, 20, and the Gossip Girl star, 25, kept sneaking smoke breaks together, a witness tells UsMagazine.com.

On three separate occasions, the Twelve costars stepped outside to share cigarettes and chat one on one. Around 9 p.m., the pair seemed to forget the other A-list guests entirely and reentered the Pacific Design Center holding hands. Once inside, they immediately separated. But even mingling inside, the duo couldn't hide their attraction. When Roberts chatted with Glee's Jenna Uskowtiz at the bar, she kept a constant eye on Crawford, and it wasn't long before she was back at his side, laughing. At one point she gave him a quick pat on the back.
"Emma is clearly smitten with Chace," says the witness. "They weren't making out, but you could tell they had a definite chemistry and were into one another."

i hate when people get disgusted because a celebrity smokes. STFU and get over yourself. theres a lot of things that are unhealthy for people, but you arent that person so your opinion really doesnt matter to them =) but besides that they look cute.
how are they a new couple alert? because they were talking and taking smoke breaks together? why is it that when two celebs hangout for a night their automantically a couple?
