Fergie Calls Stripper's Allegations "Nonsense"

Fergie isn't buying an Atlanta stripper's claims that she had a one-night stand with Josh Duhamel.
"These allegations are nonsense," the singer, 34, says in a statement to Entertainment Tonight.

A pal tells the new issue of Us Weekly (on newsstands now): "Fergie says nothing is wrong. Every time I ask her how married life is, she says, 'Awesome!'"
Adds another, "Josh told her it didn't happen, and she believes him."

Still, an attorney for the exotic dancer tells Us Weekly that his client, Nicole Forrester -- a 34-year-old mother of two -- has passed a lie-detector test and is in possession of racy texts from the Transformers star, 37, that corroborate the affair.
Forrester previously said on The Bert Show on Atlanta's Q100-FM that she and Duhamel "had lots of sex" at the $830-a-night St. Regis hotel after he came into the Tattletale club where she works in Atlanta. (Duhamel is in the city shooting the comedy, Life As We Know It.)

Forrester claimed that they watched a porno movie and hooked up. Forrester's lawyer, Romin Alavi, tells the new Us Weekly, "They fell asleep together, and he kept waking her up to have more sex."
Alavi also tells Us Weekly that Forrester didn't seek out the the National Enquirer (which offered her $20,000 for the story) in hopes of a payday.
"Josh bragged about what happened on the set of his movie, and someone called the Enquirer with the tip,” Alavi tells Us Weekly. "The Enquirer then came to Nicole."

People wake up! He was accused, NOT proven guilty! Last time I looked, in this country you are suppose to be Innocent until PROVEN guilty. This is ridiculous and embarassing that we are so desperate to be entertained that we will believe any old lie anyone wants to spread about anyone else.

I'm sure it's true. Josh probably just wanted a piece of @ss. Guys don't care if the girl is pretty or ugly when they just want to hook up. Poor Fergie.
HOWEVER if it is proven that he did cheat then I hope Fergie leaves him. My husband and myself live by the life rule "treat others as you would like to be treated"...if he did cheat on her then he deserves all the repercussions. It doesn't matter if any one thinks his wife is ugly or not, it is his wife and she doesn't deserve that treatment.
Actually "T" I am not being judgmental I am just calling it as I see it. She says she has all these texts, well where are they? She could have easily denied it to the tabloid not to protect the guy but to protect her children. If you actually knew me you would know how I posted on my Face book page I would never watch Letterman again because I think he is a disgusting human being for being so sleazy and cheating on a woman that has been with him for years and years. I also don't put up with or have an unfaithful spouse, I am in fact married to one of the greatest most respectful men in the world! Fergie is an amazing performer and seems totally devoted to him. Hope these are all untrue but if they are, she'll move on stronger with a great career and he'll still have no career and all the sleazy strippers he wants.
Just wanted to post a response to the woman who said Tony Parker cheated. THAT WAS NOT TRUE. Honestly, I tend to believe allegations because so many men in the public eye do cheat. With Tony Parker, the woman who made the allegations didn't even exist. She posted photos of gorgeous models on her myspace page and pretended it was her. The real women didn't look at all like a model and she had never met Tony Parker. That being said, I think Josh Duhamel is guilty. Sadly, he cheated on his beautiful wife with a loose woman who sees no problem in sleeping with a married man and then blabbing about it to the world for money. Josh is a lowlife for doing this but so is the woman. She has children and now the world sees her for who she is. A low down dog. Josh is a man ho too. Why get married and do this crap. What I want to know if she wasn't looking for a "pay day" when the Enquirer contacted her why didn't she just deny it? I think he went to the strip club and got a lap dance and maybe got drunk and told her where he was staying but I don't believe for a second he cheated. She is just a sneaky con artist stripper..if she has 'texts" from him I wouldn't be surprised if she got a hold of his phone while he was at the club and sent herself texts...she can send texts like that to herself online. I have AT&T and I can go online and type in my cell number to send to another number very easily. As far as the "tipster" that could have easily been her as well. I think this is just another icky girl going nowhere in life wanting to get rich quick.
