The year 2007 was a big one for Kim Kardashian. Besides landing an E! reality TV series with her family, she posed for Hugh Hefner in a December Playboy shoot. And although it’s been nearly five years since she stripped down for the mag, Kardashian dug up some behind-the-scenes photos from her sexy shoot, which she shared on Friday.
Wearing festive red lingerie that featured a plunging, naval-grazing neckline that barely covered her cleavage, the star topped off her look with statement jewelry, red pumps and bombshell, over-the-shoulder waves.

“These pics are from behind the scenes at my Playboy shoot back in 2007,” the 31-year-old wrote on her blog. “Charlene Roxbourough styled me, Matt van Leeuwen did my makeup, Clyde Haygood did my hair and Hype Williams shot it! This was where I first met Clyde! I’ve been working with both Charlene and Clyde ever since and love them!”
A lot of highs and lows have happened for Kardashian since, her failed marriage to Kris Humphries, whom she married in an over-the-top ceremony and reception in August 2011, being one. After 72 days of marriage, the reality star filed for divorce from the NBA player, and presently the two are in a court battle over their status.
On Wednesday, while Kardashian was vacationing in Hawaii with her boyfriend Kanye West, her attorney was in an L.A. court hearing on her behalf. Humphries, 27, is claiming fraud, and his attorney is out to prove that the E! star had “no intention of proceeding with this marriage. That it was basically a contrivance for the benefit of her show and to make money.” Meanwhile, Kardashian’s legal team has countered that the charge lacks any factual evidence. According to The Associated Press, it looks unlikely that the exes will be granted a divorce or annulment before next year.
