Giuliana and Bill Rancic Selling Home Before Baby's Arrival

Giuliana and Bill Rancic are movin' on up!
Expecting their first child -- a boy! -- via surrogate this summer, the reality TV couple of five years recently listed their posh, Los Angeles digs as they continue construction on a newly-purchased home.

Located in L.A.'s upscale Brentwood neighborhood, the Rancics' listed property -- seen on their STYLE series Giuliana & Bill -- boasts three bedrooms, three bathrooms, a front garden, pool and hillside views, according to real estate website Zillow.

The asking price? Almost $2.4 million.

When the couple and their son move into their new home, Giuliana, 37, says she knows just how she'll outfit her baby boy's nursery.

"It'll be clean and simple," the mom-to-be told Us Weekly at Wednesday's NIVEA PDA Day event in New York City. "It won't be cluttered. I don't want the baby to be in a cluttered environment."
Aside from the nursery, Giuliana and Bill, 41, have yet to firm up other to do's in advance of their son's arrival, including -- of all things -- his name, which Bill says will be a "game day decision."

"I'm just excited to finally meet the baby to be honest," Giuliana -- who battled breast cancer last year -- explains. "It's been a long time in the making and the idea of holding the baby for the first time and kissing the baby is amazing."
