Another one bites the dust. Glenn Close and her husband, David Shaw, have quietly divorced, her rep confirmed to Page Six. The Fatal Attraction actress, 68, and Shaw were married for nine years before calling it quits.
According to Page Six, Close and Shaw separated awhile ago.
“Glenn and David have been telling friends over the summer they are divorcing, and he’ll remain living in Maine while Glenn moves back to New York full-time,” a source told the site, adding that the six-time Oscar winner plans to focus on her career. “They’ve been separated for some time, and things are amicable between them.”
Close’s rep confirms the duo finalized their divorce this summer.
The 101 Dalmations actress, who is in talks to join Ed Helms and Owen Wilson in upcoming comedy Bastards, married the venture capitalist in Maine in 2006. Close was previously married to James Marlas and Cabot Wade. She shares daughter, Annie, with ex-boyfriend John Starke.
