Annie and Dean forever! Goldie Hawn and Kurt Russell are proud of their 1987 romantic comedy Overboard, but that doesn’t mean they watch it on loop! The actress revealed via Twitter on Sunday, July 12, that the longtime partners recently watched the flick in its entirety.

“Kurt n I snuggled up and watched Overboard together,” Hawn, 69, wrote. “The first time we have seen it all the way thru since it came out.”

She quipped: “Now that’s Romance.”

Hawn and Russell, 64, played Joanna/Annie and Dean Proffitt, respectively, in the Garry Marshall-directed movie. Already an item in real life, the couple first met while filming 1968’s The One and Only, Genuine, Original Family Band, and got romantic during 1984’s Swing Shift. They’ve been together ever since, but have never walked down the aisle.

“A lasting relationship isn’t about marriage. It’s about compatibility and communication. And you both need to want it to work,” Hawn told Porter magazine’s June 2015 issue of their relationship. “If one person does not want it to work, it isn’t going to work. Intention is the key. It’s also about not losing yourself in each other. Being together, two pillars holding up the house and the roof, and being different, not having to agree on everything, learning how to deal with not agreeing. Everything’s a choice.”

The First Wives Club star and Russell welcomed son Wyatt in July 1986. Hawn is also mom to fellow actors Kate and Oliver Hudson, whom she had with her second ex-husband, Bill Hudson. Late last month, Hudson publicly disowned Kate and Oliver after Oliver posted a “Happy Abandonment Day” photo on Father’s Day.

“I understood Oliver’s sense of humor and since then, there’s been some nice back and forth between Bill and Oliver that’s nice to see,” Russell told E! News at Comic-Con on July 11. “You want people to enjoy life as much as they can.”
