Celebrity trainer Tracy Anderson scored major swag from A-list fans including Gwyneth Paltrow, Jennifer Lopez and Courteney Cox at her March 3 L.A. baby shower.
Paltrow, 39, sent a $500 Fresco Bloom high chair for the baby girl Anderson, 37, and husband Matt Mogol, 40, expect in May. Lopez, 42, and Cox, 47, contributed additional pricey items from Anderson's registry.
Jessica Capshaw, 35, bought a Sophie the Giraffe teether and Kate Capshaw, 58, bought three months' worth of diapers from Jessica Alba's Honest Company.
Shower attendees included Catt Sadler, Sally Pressman and fashion designer Nicole Richie, who brought a blanket, toys -- and non-stop laughs! "She and Sally kept telling jokes!" a source tells the new issue of Us Weekly (on stands Friday). "They were making jokes about how they almost wear identical outfits to the Tracy Anderson studio."
"Everything was very girly," the source adds. "The cake and tablecloths were all pink and green. Each table had Barbie dolls that were custom-made to look like workout Barbies carrying weights. They had Miss Piggys -- little toys where you push on the toy and you hear the [Olivia Newton John] song 'Let's Get Physical.'"
More than 50 guests dined on Greek fare that included hummus, tzatziki and lamb. Says a partygoer: "Everyone was having so much fun!"
Anderson is also filming a set of workout DVDs for pregnant women. It will include nine separate workouts (one for each month), in addition to interviews with doctors, moms and experts to discuss the entire pregnancy and motherhood experience. The DVD set will be released in the fall of 2012.
