There's no magic spell to get him out of this one.

Jamie Waylett--known to Harry Potter fans as Hogwarts' resident bully, Vincent Crabbe--has been sentenced to two years in prison for participating in the riots that tore through London last August.

On Tuesday, Waylett, 22--who allegedly had a fire bomb in his possession during the fray--was found guilty of violent disorder, though the jury who heard his case cleared him of charges suggesting he intended to cause damage with the weapon.

Judge Simon Carr handed down Waylett's sentence at London's Wood Green Crown Court. Prior to his conviction, the actor's record was far from squeaky clean; Waylett had previously been in trouble with the law for growing marijuana.
