Heidi Montag -- who famously underwent 10 plastic surgery operations in one day -- stripped down to a bikini Saturday while hosting the Liquid Pool at Aria at CityCenter Las Vegas. (See more pics!)
Though she has told UsMagazine.com she wants bigger breasts, Montag, 23, told Jay Leno last month: "I legally can't right now. The limit is 800cc and I have 700cc."

Porn stars are talented? How is having sex on camera talent??? There's no plot to porn flicks. It's the same thing over and over and over. Sorry, there's no such thing as talent in the porn industry when all they do is screw on cue.

Stop saying she looks like a pornstar. Two top porn stars like Bella Donna and Sasha Grey have never had plastic surgery and they are both beautiful and talented in what they do. As far as Heidi Montag looking incredibly faker, yes, she looks incredibly faker and obviously has some extreme psychological problems for allowing herself to do that to herself. Hopefully her partner will introduce her to some therapy if he/she really loves her.

Wow, she's got really big boobs! Is she like tryin to do a Dolly Parton or a Pamela Anderson?!? It would be nice if she reduced them and with the reductions she's look a little better in that bikini...just my suggestion :-)
Large breast are overated....and this is coming from someone who has them naturally. I wear a size F, and it's not fun. My breast have always been larger than the rest of my body, and society has never been kind to that fact. It's hard for people to take you seriously, man or woman. Women tend to hate you immediately, and men are distracted by lust and desire. I would get a reduction, but why should I go under the knife to satisfy society? I am a size 10 now, but when I was a size 7, I was still a DD. No one believes they are real, and they are a really big headache. If society in general, did make such a big fuss out of breast, no one would be going to the extreme to get fake ones!

I truly feel sorry for this girl. She has succeeded in destroying her beautiful face and body. I agree that she looks like a porn star now, and the sadder thing is, she thinks she looks beautiful. Why hasn't her so called hubby told her the truth?
I don't follow the antics of this woman and her husband, but I was shocked to see she's only 23. She looks like a 45 year old woman who had surgery to look younger. That bleached blonde hair, huge boobs, and "fake" face... sad! Very sad that someone so young has made themselves so abnormal looking. The porn star comment was very fitting! Why is it that people don't realize that if you don't pay attention to these fame addicts, they will eventually go away? Thanks to the media though, they're constantly being shoved down our throats and our young girls want to immitate them! Sad,,, very sad!
