Heidi Montag Getting Mom Plastic Surgery for Mother's Day

Heidi Montag - who came under fire for undergoing 10 plastic surgery operations in one day - says not only was her mother supportive of her drastic operation, but she plans on giving her a "mommy makeover" for Mother's Day.

Reports surfaced that Montag's mother, Darlene Egelhoff, was furious at her daughter for secretly going under the knife. (Montag, 23, had breast implants, a brow lift, botox in her forehead, a nose job revision, fat injections in her cheeks, a chin reduction, neck liposuction and had her ears pinned back.)

But The Hills star tells Nightline that her mother was aware of her plan.
"I've had this conversation with her several times. So I think she knew," she says. "I already heard what she had to say."

Montag says the only thing she didn't tell her mother was the date of her surgery because "I didn't want it to be a circus. And I didn't want it to be crazy media outside my house."
Montag says her mother wants surgery next.

"Actually, she was excited for me and she's asking me ... for her surgery next," says Montag. "So for Mother's Day, I have to ask [surgeon] Dr. Frank Ryan if he'll do the mommy makeover."

I wish she didn't have plastic surgery. She looked so much better without surgery. Plus if Spencer loves her soo much why would he let her change herself like that. She obviously has self confidence issues. Poor girl hopefully it won't be as bad when the swelling goes down.

She just had surgery so it can take up to 6 month for some parts of the face to heal completely. I hope she feels happy and confident and that she has a lot of support in her life so that she feels more inward confidence and doesn't feel the need to change herself. She looks gorgeous now she looked beautiful before. Come on people show some love for pete's sake!

I can't believe someone can do this to there face, look in the mirror and think that it is beautiful. WOW.. She looks like a miniature Joan Rivers or cat woman. Lisa, having watched Lauren Conrad and all the others, first on "Laguna Beach" then when they moved to Hollywood and did "The Hills" I got to know quite a bit about what kinds of people many of them are for the most part, though I realize no one ever REALLY acts natural when a camera is in there face, but I am pretty sure that LC is NOT "pissing herself laughin lookin at that pic and saying a big I TOLD YOU SO! to herself." I think Lauren is most likely crying and feeling really sorry for Heidi, the girl who used to be her best friend and whom she loves very much I think. LC is not evil or vindictive and never was, and had Spencer never come along, the two women might still be friends and we might not be having this conversation. Anyway, I think Lauren is VERY hurt to see Heidi destroy her body, probably to suit Spencer (which I think will backfire), and also because Heidi got caught up in the Hollywood scene of big breasted, cookie cutter blonds to such a severe degree. LC was a good influence on Heidi, which is why Spencer sabotaged THAT friendship right off the bat.
