Bonding over books! Former Hills costars Kristin Cavallari and Heidi Montag proved there’s no bad blood between them and showed some love for each other on Twitter Wednesday, April 13.
Montag, 29, posted a sweet photo of herself holding a copy of Cavallari’s new book, Balancing in Heels. She gushed in the caption, “Make sure you check out @KristinCav book #BalancinginHeels ! So many great tips for life!” While they were both Lauren Conrad’s frenemies on MTV’s juggernaut reality series, they never majorly feuded with each other after Cavallari took over the The Hills from Conrad as protagonist in season 5.
Mom of three Cavallari saw the post and replied back, “love you.”

The shoe designer, 29, opened up about her relationship with Montag and husband Spencer Pratt to Entertainment Tonight in October 2015. “I talk to Heidi all the time,” she said. “It seems like she’s doing really well and [she and Pratt] are really happy. I love that they’re still married, and they’ve sort of shut up the haters, you know?”
Montag is currently appearing on therapy show The Mother/Daughter Experiment: Celebrity Edition with her mom, Darlene Egelhoff. Meanwhile, Cavallari is promoting her book and just gave birth to her first daughter, Saylor, in November with husband Jay Cutler. They are also the parents of sons Camden, 3, and Jaxon, who turns 2 next month.
