It looks like these soon-to-be exes will remain friends! Hilary Duff and husband of three years Mike Comrie announced on Friday that they were ending their marriage. But on Sunday, Jan. 12 the couple was spotted driving back home in their silver Mercedes after a family brunch with baby Luca, 21 months.

According to photographers, the family dined together at the Four Seasons Hotel. This behavior isn't entirely unusual for the actress, 26, and NHL star, 33. In the days leading up to the announcement of their separation, they were spotted out together numerous times, including a dressy New Year's Eve celebration without their young son and taking Luca on his first trip to Disneyland.

Shortly after Duff's rep confirmed the news of their separation to Us Weekly, the star took to Twitter to thank fans for their support: "Mike and I are sitting here, we are so appreciative for all of your kindness & well wishes. Not an easy day but we're getting thru it together."

According to a statement, the couple will remain "best friends" and are "dedicated to loving and parenting their amazing son."
