Holly Madison doesn't need makeup -- she's already got that fresh-faced pregnancy glow!

The first time mom-to-be showed off her growing baby bump -- and went makeup-free (save for a swipe of mascara) -- while shopping for groceries at a Gelson's supermarket in West Hollywood on Friday, Nov. 30.

Casually dressed in a cable-knit sweater, jeans and Converse sneakers, Madison, 32, browsed the aisles solo as she scooped up produce and other food items.

Since confirming her pregnancy exclusively to Us Weekly in August, Madison -- expecting a baby girl with her Electric Daisy Carnival founder boyfriend Pasquale Rotella -- has taken special care to treat her body well while she's with child. "I told [Pasquale] no food-craving runs in the middle of the night! No chocolate cake!" Madison told Us Weekly. "I don't want to let myself go, then have a tough time getting back into shape. I try to eat vegetable and fruit smoothies."

Handing her starring role in the Las Vegas revue Peepshow over to Nicole "Coco" Austin in December, Madison will have plenty of free time to fit in workouts.

"I've [always] hated cardio and the only things I ever liked at all were yoga and Pilates, so now I get the yoga videos in, and they're super mellow," said Madison, who enjoyed a babymoon with Rotella at Disney's Animal Kingdom earlier this month. "To a workout freak, they'd probably be like, 'This is so stupid, this isn't even a workout.' But I'm loving it! It's right at my pace."
