Watch out, Chelsy Davy: Another South African hottie is talking to your man.
On Saturday, a smiling Charlize Theron was photographed talking to Prince Harry at a charity polo match in Coworth Park in the UK's Royal Berkshires.
The single Oscar-winning blonde, 35, wore all-black as she chatted with Harry, 26, clad in polo gear. The match benefitted the "spare heir's" Sentebale charity. See more photos of Harry in the polo fields.
On and off for the past four years, Harry and 25-year-old Davy (who was born in Zimbabwe but grew up in South Africa, where Theron was born and raised) are definitely in "on" mode these days: After partying all night following Prince Willam and Kate's royal wedding, the duo were "acting like a couple and kissing in front of everyone" during an after-party at London's Goring Hotel in the wee hours of the morning on April 30, a source told Us Weekly. The couple left the hotel together around 6 a.m.

After traveling around the world for a year, Davy will settle down in London this September, where the law-school grad begins work as a trainee at the elite law firm Allen & Overy.
