Idris Elba is back on the market. The British actor, 43, has split from girlfriend Naiyana Garth, a source confirms to Us Weekly.
The couple started dating in the summer of 2013, shortly before Garth announced that she was expecting a child with the Luther star. Their son, Winston, was born on April 17, 2014.
“My Son Winston Elba was born yesterday..Truly Amazing,” Elba revealed on Twitter at the time.
Elba also has a daughter, Isan, with his ex-wife, Hanne “Kim” Norgaard.
Garth was noticeably absent from the Hollywood hunk’s side at the 22nd Annual Screen Actors Guild Awards on Saturday, January 30, when he won two awards — Outstanding Performance by a Male Actor in a Supporting Role for his role in Beasts of No Nation, and Outstanding Performance by a Male Actor in a Television Movie or Miniseries for Luther.
The actor was also nominated for two Golden Globe Awards this year.
