Iman Steps Out After David Bowie’s Death: Photo

Moving forward, one step at a time. Iman was spotted out in New York City on Tuesday, February 2, a few weeks after the death of her husband, David Bowie.

The Somali star and supermodel was photographed walking her dog while wearing a black peacoat, black fur stole and leather gloves.

According to a recent report from Page Six, Bowie left his $100 million estate to his wife and children (Duncan and Lexi), as well as his assistant and Duncan’s former nanny.

Bowie, whose real name was David Robert Jones, passed away on January 10 after a long battle with cancer.

“Iman is torn apart,” a source close to the couple previously told Us Weekly. “Iman is staying strong for Lexi.”

The pair had a fairy-tale romance, getting married in 1992 and welcoming their daughter, Lexi, in 2000.

“That she would be my wife, in my head, was a done deal,” Bowie told U.K. magazine Hello! in 2000. “I’d never gone after anything with such passion in all my life.”
