Some of Kristin Cavallari's old Hills pals--including Heidi Montag and Stephanie Pratt--came out of the woodwork for her West Hollywood baby shower this past weekend.
About thirty of Cavallari's loved ones attended the party, which took place at a private residence Saturday afternoon. Guests noshed on cupcakes, a three-tier sponge cake by Sweet Spils, and sipped cocktails. "It was like a fun party," a source told Us Weekly of the first-time mom's big day.

The Hills star's former costars Pratt and Montag both showed up looking noticeably different from their MTV days. Montag, 25, who famously underwent ten plastic surgery procedures in one day back in 2010, flaunted her DDD implants in a tight pink tank-top. 26-year-old Pratt, for her part, showed off a slim frame and plumped-up lips. (Pratt's brother and Montag's husband Spencer Pratt also stopped by the celebration).

Cavallari--who is expecting her first child with fiance Jay Cutler this summer--concealed her growing bump in a glamorous black tbagslosangeles maxi dress, which she accessorized with gold bangles.

"She was glowing and gorgeous," a source told Us of the mama-to-be. "She looked so happy!"
