It’s the little things. Jacob Tremblay helped end the week on a happier note on Friday, July 15, by penning the cutest thank-you note and sharing it with his fans via Instagram.
“Today’s #thankyounotes (read like #JimmyFallon),” he captioned the photo of a lined notebook page with his handwriting scrawled across it. “Sorry, I am a terrible speller!”
Among the things that the 9-year-old is thankful for are chocolate (“for giving me pleasure every day”), Star Wars (“for giving me entertainment”) and Indiana Jones (“same reason as Star Wars”).
The Room star wasn’t so thrilled about the fourth item on his thank-you list, however — a box cutter (“for cutting my finger off. #ya that really hurt”).
The young star has been melting hearts with his sweet antics since he first began making his rounds on the red carpets during awards season earlier this year.
In April, Tremblay introduced fans to his new puppy, Rey, a furry little critter who has made frequent appearances on his Instagram account. He even brought Rey along for a WE Day celebration with Demi Lovato, Joe Jonas and more that month.
“My new puppy & I are having the best time @WeDay!!!” he captioned a collage of himself and his pup posing with the pop stars. “#puppyplaydate with @ddlovato @joejonas @charlizeafrica #kermitthefrog #ipledgetolivewe!!!”
Tremblay will next star in Colin Trevorrow’s The Book of Henry opposite Naomi Watts and Lee Pace.
