Weeks after her alleged DUI, Pressly filed for divorce from entertainment lawyer Simran Singh, her husband of 15 months. Concurrently, the actress -- who has a three-year-old son, Dezi, with her former fiance Eric Cubiche -- also reportedly owes more than $637,000 in Federal and state taxes.
