Michael's children -- Prince, 12, Paris, 11, and Blanket, 7 -- were comforted by Janet, LaToya and their five brothers, who served as pallbearers. Jackie, Tito, Jermaine, Marlon and Randy Jackson all wore suits with the late singer's signature black armband and sequined glove.

janet i lost my own brother michael last year on the 23rd of november 2008 and my goodness the loss of your brother almost feels like my own. Even though i didnt know your brother peronally he feels like my own. I cherish every song your brother ever wrote. he was such a missunderstood loving soul that the world should miss. his words are irreplacable and know that l loved him as much as my own brother. the pain is so different to a aunty, uncle, cousin. It is a sibling and that is so,so different. He is a part of us and life for all eternity can never replace either of them. Please accept my love and condolenses for all your family! Hey at least l can say that l do understand. Lisa Wyly lwyly69@hotmail.com

Michael has been my greatest inspiration and hero, all my life I dreamed of meeting him, and in my life, if I could have been any person in the world, it would be him. I longed to know him not as a performer or 'Icon' as Janet would say, but as a person. I don't know if Janet ever reads these comments, but I am so disturbed at what the media had done to him all these years, I want to write a book that will focus on Michael's genius as well as his 'being only human' (Will you be there). Taking on the the media and how they tried to mock his life to make a dollar with no regard for the truth or integrity is also my mission. The only dream I now have left, is to do this....Michael once said people should follow their dreams. Janet...if you read this, I would like write a book, with your help. Out of all the family, you are the one that people want to hear from, you are the one that Michael said was like 'his twin' you were so close. so there is my 'dream', all that I have to hold onto in this nightmare.

I feel so sorry for Michaels' family, especially his Mother, I know what I am going through with his death and I never met him before. I am absolutely heartbroken, even today 2 months later I think of him everyday. His Mother looks so sad. Michael was her baby, they call their mom. "Mother" and to hear Michael say "Mother" with his soft, sweet voice is so endearing, something she will never hear again. I hurt for the way he died, the fact that he didn't have to die and knowing the people around him(promoters, doctors etc) did not truly love him, they only seen dollar signs. I pray that his family will find comfort, but how can you get comfort when your baby, brother, uncle is lying in concrete down 13 floors below ground alone which is what Michael never wanted "to be alone" I will always love and miss him. Listening to "Butterflies" right now, such a beautiful, smooth, enticing voice. R.I.P. Prince Charming.

so why did you bother to leave a comment here if you don't want anything to do with any of the jacksons? You and everyone like you are a total waste of sperm!!! The jackson's are forever unlike a obviously jealous and unsuccessful annoyed loser as yourself!!!! Do the world a favor and shut the hell up!!!!

Annoyed and Holly - totally agree with you about Twitter. Seems like just another way to promote one's ego. Seriously, Janet had to twitter her message to Michael? Ridiculous. It's not like they haven't had enough time these past two months to talk to him. I keep reading how the Jackson family wants their privacy - so why twitter for the world to see? I wish they would all go away. Unfortunately, they are going to cling to whatever they can to promote their own videos, reality shows, music, etc. I won't watch or buy any of it.

Don't be sad, Janet...Your borther is happier in Heaven - far far away from the bullsh*t that plagued his life and made him so unhappy. I love the Jackson family and pray that they continue to be strong and find comfort in knowing how very much Michael was loved by his millions of fans... Rest in peace, Sweetest Angel....I love you.

Annoyed: I feel your pain...Twitter and Facebook are the worst inventions ever...I don't mean offence to Janet but just in general, hands down the worst invention. People post absolutely the most moronic statements and updates ever.
