Just call her Laid-back Lopez!
After showing off her famous curves in a sexy black bandage-style Catherine Malandrino dress on American Idol Wednesday, Jennifer Lopez couldn’t wait to slip into something more comfortable.
For the Idol judge, that meant baggy grey sweatpants ($98) and a matching zip-up hoodie ($136) by PeaceLoveWorld.
In the back lot, the 42-year-old looked like her old “Jenny from the Block” self while kicking back in the casual tracksuit, high-top sneakers and aviator sunglasses.
To prove she was really off duty, she also chowed down on a bag of Ruffles potato chips!
On Thursday’s Idol elimination episode, Lopez was back to her stylish, glammed-up self and wore a bright tangerine shift dress. The evening took a dramatic turn when fan-favorite Jessica Sanchez found herself voted to the bottom three.
As the contestant bravely took the stage to croon her last-chance song, Lopez dramatically stormed the stage with co-judges Steven Tyler and Randy Jackson.
“Gimme that mic!” Lopez commanded. “This is crazy. You ain’t going home! Go sit down.”
The judges then announced that the 16-year-old songstress (who made her mark early on in the competition with a stirring rendition of Whitney Houston‘s “I Will Always Love You”) was saved. “This girl is one of the best singers in America ever!” Jackson said.
