Jennifer Lopez is suing her ex-husband Ojani Noa for $10 million.
He is trying to produce a feature film called How I Married Jennifer Lopez: The JLo and Ojani Noa Story, Entertainment Tonight reports. The movie about their marriage would reportedly include home video footage of the 40-year-old star, who is now married to Marc Anthony.
The lawsuit, filed by Lopez, accuses Noa and another defendant, Ed Meyer, of producing and marketing the proposed film. The singer claims such a project violates a settlement agreement the former couple entered into in 2005. (They divorced less than a year after they were married in 1997.)
In the suit, Lopez said that Meyer sent her attorney an email stating that he purchased from Noa the "exclusive rights" to more than 11 "hours of previously unseen home video footage." This footage, Meyer allegedly said, showed her in a "revealing lack of clothing and in sexual situations, especially in the hotel room footage from [their] honeymoon."
Lopez is suing the defendants for no less than $10 million.
